LONDON - After seven years at a career in the British Royal Air Force, Prince William decided to retire early from military duty. Husband Catherine (Kate) Middleton states want to focus on family and royal duties.
Kensington Palace, where William lived, revealed that the second heir to the British throne for the last time in charge of the rescue team on Tuesday (10/9). "He and the crew on duty 24 hours a day," said the Ministry of Defence.
Prince George's father is going to focus on royal duties. He also is considering dabbling in a number of other social activities. One is the preservation of endangered species and a number of charitable programs related to veterans, children, and soldiers.
William is a pilot Air Force British Forces SAR. He served in the SAR base in rural Anglesey Island, Wales, since 2010. He also lived there with Kate, Duchess of Cambridge.
Still according to the court, mate William-Kate will move into their house in Kensington next few weeks. (AP/cak/c16/dos)
