Russia Submits Evidence of Chemical Attacks by Rebels

MOSCOW - Russia will demonstrate strong evidence to the UN Security Council that a chemical weapons attack performed rebels near Damascus .
This was confirmed by the Ministry of the Russian response to the investigation team's report on Syria UN declared positively that the use of chemical weapons in the event .
